The problem
The laptop showed no response when pressing the power button, and the customer had important work files on it.
Diagnosis
We tested the power adapter, motherboard power delivery, and storage. The SSD had failed, preventing normal startup.
What we did
Backed up the SSD data, replaced the failed SSD, reinstalled Windows, and restored the customer's files and common software.
Result
The laptop was back to normal use with all files preserved.
